I offer a bespoke service, suited to you and your babies needs. Every baby and every family are different, and require different kinds of support. I have over 15 years of experience working with newborns, twins, premature babies and those with serious health issues. My sleep consultancy supports you and your baby to get a peaceful night’s sleep. I use a holistic approach which enables me to look at all that is going on for your little one- not only do I look at nighttime sleep, feeding and daytime routine are as important when supporting a child’s nighttime sleep.
There are many different methods in relation to sleep training. I never recommend to leave your baby crying alone for long periods of time.
I put you and your baby first and will do what’s best for you as a family, rather than working with strict, one-size-fits all guidelines, which can sometimes have a negative effect on your baby’s wellbeing.
My Sleep packages include one to one support, which clients find extremely comforting, knowing that I’m there with them, guiding them through the steps of sleep coaching. This can either be virtually or in house support- either way, you are given my whole attention, enabling you to gain the confidence to support your little ones Sleep hygiene. As a qualified counsellor, I am happy to offer emotional support to parents, through what can be a very challenging time, as well as being empathetic to your needs as a family.
I also offer advice on successful mealtime and nap routines, as babies who feed and nap well will usually sleep better at night. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, so if you and your baby need a better night’s sleep, then please get in touch.
Sleep Consultation Packages
This includes recommendations and tips on supporting your little ones sleep and daytime routine. A summary is then forwarded onto you within 24 hours of our consultation. I will ask you to complete a diary and questionnaire beforehand, so I can delve deeper into your little ones sleep challenges.
This includes me visiting your home, and offering face fo face recommendations and tips. A summary is then forwarded onto you within 24 hours of our consultation. I will ask you to complete a diary and questionnaire beforehand, so I can delve deeper into your little ones sleep challenges.
This includes a 1 hour sleep consultation, following on from this I will create a bespoke sleep plan for your little one which will be sent my email. 7 days of virtual support is offered (phone, WhatsApp, email).
This includes me supporting you in-house with sleep coaching. I will attend your home and guide you through the sleep coaching. This package also includes a written plan and 7 days virtual support.
This includes me either visiting your Property/ FaceTime for 1 hour-2 hours. Offering tips on sleep hygiene, feeding and gentle routine structure.
